  1. Note that this database was compiled from a number of sources. 
  2. Counties are not always available and area codes are not always
  3. available. And because area codes and counties and zipcodes do
  4. not always follow the same geographical boundries, their will 
  5. be some errors.  Use at your own risk. 
  6.  
  7. If you are using it with ZipMail or another mailing program,
  8. save a copy of your old one. When you install this new one you
  9. will have to re-index your zip code database.
